3. Donor Responsibilities

• Donors must provide accurate and truthful information at all times.
• Donors must maintain up-to-date health and contact information.
• Donors must meet all local legal and medical eligibility requirements before donating blood.
• Donors must not misrepresent their health status, blood group, or any other personal information.

4. Recipient Responsibilities

• Recipients must verify donor compatibility through proper medical testing at a licensed facility.
• Recipients must not pressure, harass, or coerce any donor.
• Recipients are solely responsible for all medical decisions regarding accepting donated blood.

5. Privacy & Data

• We collect only the information necessary to facilitate donor matching.
• Your phone number and display name will be visible to users searching for donors.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the platform administrator.

6. No Guarantees

• QuickBlood does not guarantee donor availability or compatibility.
• We do not verify the health status, identity, or eligibility of registered donors.
• We are not responsible for the outcome of any donation arrangement facilitated through this platform.

7. User Conduct

• Users must not harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse other users.
• Providing false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose is prohibited.
• Commercial solicitation unrelated to blood donation is not allowed.
